We can’t think of anyone who needs or deserves regular massage therapy than expecting mothers! Did you know that pregnancy massage has been proven to reduce complications in pregnancy and labor? Statistics also show a reduction in premature births and caesarean deliveries.

Because our massage therapists have gone through intensive prenatal training, they can provide a safe massage through ALL stages of pregnancy…not just 2nd trimester like many spas. They are trained in a combination of special massage techniques for pregnant women and are sure to deliver an excellent treatment! (We do not lay you on your stomach or put you on a table with a “hole” in it… that is not only unsafe, but uncomfortable!) We use a side lying support system for your comfort and safety. You will want to take it home with you!
Choose from unscented massage oil, or your therapist can recommend essentials oils based on the symptoms of pregnancy you are experiencing.

Let us massage your belly with an application of our potent Goodbye Stretch Marks serum from Mama Mio. Can be added to any postpartum massage.
THE INCREDIBLY SHRINKING ENHANCER – $5.00
Suffering from uncomfortable swelling in your hands, feet or legs? Our massage therapists can apply a special solution during your treament that will work to reduce puffiness. Can also help with leg cramping and carpal tunnel.

Massage therapy can help facilitate the conception process physically by breaking up adhesions and increasing pelvic blood supply, and emotionally by reducing stress and cortisol levels..whether you are trying naturally or in conjunction with appropriate medical treatment.
In fact, research shows the pregnancy rate for women treated with massage techniques prior to their next IVF transfer to be 63% higher than the national average success rate for IVF.
Furthermore, a study published in “Health Daily News” shows that women with high cortisol levels (a measure of stress) are three times more likely to miscarry during the first three weeks after conception. Massage therapy can significantly reduce cortisol levels and therefore the likelihood of a miscarriage. Following birth, common activities can put strain on your muscles and postural alignment. Our postpartum massages soothe over-used muscles and give you renewed strength and energy.
Ideal for women who have given birth within the past few months. Specially designed for the new mother with healing and restoration as the focus. Our talented therapists will combine a variety of modalities to address your specific needs. As an option, essential oils such as grapefruit, cedar, and lavender can be effective relieving mild postpartum depression.
To help encourage new moms to come in for this beneficial massage, we have introduced “Baby Friendly Tuesdays” where you can enjoy any of our spa services in the company of your pre-crawling baby on Tuesday mornings.
POSTPARTUM MASSAGE – 50 minutes – $75.00
Specially designed for the new (2-8 weeks) mother with healing and restoration as the focus.
BABY BLUES MASSAGE – 50 min – $85.00
Designed to energize and comfort moms suffering from a case of the “baby blues” through a unique combination of percussion and other techniques that will uplift and comfort the over-fatiqued mom. Must be at least 12 weeks postpartum for this special massage.

COUPLES MASSAGE – 50 min – $145.00
Spend some special time together before baby arrives. Couples Massage Package includes a side-by-side Perfect Pregnancy or Swedish Massage for her and a Swedish Massage for him (may be upgraded to a Deep Tissue Massage at time of appointment for an additional $10).
INFANT MASSAGE INSTRUCTION – 50 min – $70.00
Includes not only a comforting massage for your baby, but also one-on-one instruction for Mom and Dad. The many benefits of Infant Massage include improved sleeping patterns and reduced fussiness, as well as regulation of the digestive elimination, respiratory and circulatory systems. Parents will learn massage strokes, gentle stretches and techniques to help with colic, teething and sleeping. Especially beneficial for preterm babies.
Bottle fed babies should be fed 1 hour prior to massage. Breastfed babies can be fed at any time.
Bring a small blanket, diapers, a comfort toy and a bottle of formula if not breastfeeding.
Traditional Massage:
SWEDISH MASSAGE – 50 min – $70.00 OR 80 min – $110.00
For ANYONE that is not pregnant… no, you don’t have to be pregnant to enjoy our services. And, by the way, Dads need a little pampering too!
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE – 50 min – $80.00 OR 80 min – $120
This treatment is great for postpartum moms and expectant dads who are experiencing tight/sore muscles. Our massage therapists are skilled at working out “knots” and soothing strained muscles.
